Tag Release 0.7.5.rc2

@danny-avila Hi Danny, thanks for the new RC. I noticed that the latest RC tag doesnt have all of the changes needed to run on its own. From my understanding a tagged build/release should have all the working code for that release but I saw most of the code is missing what did go to main but not to the release tag. I think main -> tag still needs to happen?

Seems like its upstream sync issue on our end ( apologies ).
