Enhancement: Keyword based anonymisation before sending API Call

What features would you like to see added?

Let's say my company is called "Secret Startup LLC" and we am super skeptical about OAI, Microsoft or Anthropics API usage contracts.
Librechat could filter Keywords like "Secret Startup LLC" and replace it with before sending the API query.

The same could be for sensitive information, maybe names, emails, telephone numbers.

With a UI switch you could toggle this anonymization when needed

I personally don't really see a need for such anonymization but there are some LLM providers who offer such features.

The toggle option would be a compromise and give the CIO of such companies a "good" feeling..
