gpt-4o-mini reports a 4k context window and that it is based on GPT 3.5?

I'm not sure which GPT version 4o-mini should be based on, but a 4k context window seems wrong based on the docs. I think I'm probably the one misunderstanding something here. Can anyone else confirm whether 4o-mini gives them 4k and says it's based on 3.5, and (if known) whether that should be the expected response?
