analyze the entire content of the files attached

Hello - is there a limitation on how much of a file can be analyzed? Are there any settings to make it work?

I uploaded a sample csv file and it seems like it can only see four random entries. If I ask about a specific person name - it does provide a correct answer, but not if I ask a general questions that requires looking at the entire file.
