Chat History Display Setting

Under settings it would be nice to include a section to specify visual chat history retention, I.e. text box for number of latest messages to display on screen that the user could specify. For instance, accessing the web host via mobile Google Chrome (or any chromium based browser, --issue doesn't occur with mobile Mozilla Firefox) and opening up a 200k token chat causes immense lag due to the history and scroll bar length. This same issue occurs in Google AI Studio + Chromium. I believe it best to implement this visual change to greatly improve performance and focus while effectively still maintaining the context of the conversation on the backend.
