Docker unable to open logs file

What happened?

These are the logs of docker logs Librechat-API container.

Thanks @danny-avila. But the issue is that the interactive shell into the docker container is killed before I can run any command.
I even tried changing owner in Dockerfile that but also doesn't work. Please have a look at the Dockerfile.
