OpenRouter doesn't show up in the list of providers

What happened?

I'm trying to add openrouter to my digital ocean deployment of librechat, but it doesn't show up in the list for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce

My librechat.yaml content:

Check the startup logs, either by viewing docker logs directly or check ./logs at project root. Also you need to restart the containers any time there are changes to the config file.

Here's what I got in the logs:
2024-11-10 01:11:58 error: Config file YAML format is invalid: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/app/librechat.yaml'

Though the file is there.
