[Bug]: Mistral models cannot accept files

What happened?

I have set up Mistral endpoints under custom in librechat.yaml. In my local instance of LibreChat, I can send files just fine to the models. In an instance of LibreChat deployed on our work server, I can still chat to Mistral models but I get the error shown in the logs when trying to upload a file. The configuration of the server deployment is the same with the configuration on my local instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Mistral model
2. Upload a file asking it to describe it for example
