Suggestion: Adding 'Skip Code Block' to TTS menu option.

I'd love for this to be a feature, I use TTS a lot but it can get extra expensive when it reads all the code blocks. Also apologies if this is already a feature, and I just completely missed it. I'm self-hosting with railway if that changes anything.
