Title Convo not generating with OpenAI Reverse Proxy

When using OpenAI Reverse proxy,while conversation created normally. Title is not the case for me

With Zuk it throws 400 error

With Fres its seems success,but not updated automatically in webui. i need to refresh tab for make it update

I tested Non OpenAI endpoint, mistral,groq,HF,OR
all normal

I am having the same issue.
