Audio Enhancements

Three suggestions:

• Default to TTS if a user used STT. If I'm taking I want to talk -- especially on mobile
• mic timeout: on my iPhone it shows the mic as in use until I close Safari even though the audio icon in LibreChat doesn't show it listening. LC should go back to listening after a response, but also timeout completely after a set period of time.
  
• Clear previous text: At least on mobile the text from my prompt remains in the chat box after the response.
