E-Mail Registration with + in adress, like [email protected]

What happened?

When using a E-Mail adresse like [email protected] to register, the "Verify your email" link doesn't work and libre chat logs:

warn: [verifyEmail] [Invalid or expired email verification token] [Email: [email protected]]

Using [email protected] works in this same configuration works!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step: Use an LibreChat instance with E-Mail verification
2. Register an E-Mail with a + sign
3. Click on the verify link
4. Get the error message in browser and in LibreChat Log
