[Question]: Not able to attach files and chat

Hi All,
I am trying out a custom endpoint from within databricks. The normal chat works fine, but as soon as I upload file, it throws an error.

Can someone help me get rid of this issue?

More Details

The plain chat just works fine. However, as soon as I upload file it doesn't work. On the backend a 40* error is thrown

There's not enough information here to help you. Please provide the relevant server/docker container logs. If using docker, they are in ./logs at project root, preferably the error ones

I am trying to use the default RAG without any explicit configuration for the RAG. Kindly let me know if anything else would be needed.
