timeout on deepseek R1

What happened?

Tested deepseek and it timed out as it's a model that wait a bit before replying:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Deepseek R1 with openrouter
2. Make request like "think about adding a new MCP into libre chat"
3. Wait. Crash.

Works now.
I saw too yesterday they had an outage with a deepseek provider.
