Native Bedrock Guardrails integration.

Being able to utilize Bedrock Guardrails natively within LibreChat for messages and file uploads would be a very useful enhancement.

This could be done by either:

• Utilizing the ApplyGuardrail API
• Allowing custom headers to be sent to Bedrock (see Bedrock Guardrails tutorial - I couldn't find an official AWS docs page)
