OpenAI o3 model family

OpenAI has launched the o3-mini model.

I think it must be added. At the moment I got this error:
Something went wrong. Here's the specific error message we encountered: Failed to send message. HTTP 400 - { "error": { "message": "Unknown parameter: 'reasoning_effort'.", "type": "invalid_request_error", "param": "reasoning_effort", "code": "unknown_parameter" } }

The AI service rejected the request due to an error. This could be caused by an invalid API key or an improperly formatted request.

I got the same message on librechat-librechat.hf.space. Tier 3 user. I made sure API key is correctly configured and it worked for o1 mini but not o3 mini.

Oh, I thought it's available for tier 3-5 users, and overlooked "select developers".

In case anyone wants to know, here is the answer from OpenAI forum:

The “select developers on API usage tiers 3-5⁠” that the blog post mentions were chosen on Weds, meaning, if you reached tier 3 or higher after that, you won’t have access today. It’s not automatic, and I’m sorry that this wasn’t clearer earlier.

I recharged $40 and immediately changed from tier 2 to tier 3. However, I still can't use the o3-mini model. The error message has now changed to:

I also had the same issue with latest released. I ran the Librechat from main branch and it worked.
