Feature: Display title for new chats without having to reload the page

New chats automatically get a title, but that title isn't shown until you refresh the page. This is a bit unintuitive and is causing some users to think the chat titles are broken.

Ideally it would display the chat title as soon as it's generated, even if the user hasn't refreshed the page.

this is a feature, it just seems to be broken on google (fixing today) or if the title request takes long, it won't show up right away
