Better view for MCP tools / Agent tools with grouping

Currently each tool is listed as one block even when multiple tools belong to same mcp-server. This makes selecting tool really cumbersome when many mcp-servers are added. And there are two major complexities

1. Not possible to search tool based on name of MCP-server for example i added obsidian tool but when search obsidian, nothing came up.
2. Multiple Mcp-servers might have same name of tool. like notion might have add_note and obsidian also have add_note.

It would be much better ux to have grouping of mcp-tools under one block with name of mcp server and probably list of checkboxes for which tool to add.

I agree, I’ll draft something but probably won’t make it to the latest release slated for this week
