support for user and group management

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on the magnificent work done with LibreChat. Without a doubt, it is the best interface for self-hosted AI currently available.

I would like to suggest implementing user and group management, which would bring several advantages:

1. Access Control: Allow the administrator to define which groups can access certain assistants and agents. For example, Group X could have access to Assistant 1 and Agent 1.

2. Multiple Groups per User: Allow a user to belong to more than one group, increasing flexibility in permissions management.

3. Privacy in Chats: Include the option to share or not share chats within a group, ensuring greater privacy as needed.

4. Administration Panel: Provide a dedicated panel so that administrators can manage groups and users efficiently.

These features will certainly make LibreChat even more robust and adaptable to the needs of corporate and individual users. Thank you for your attention and I continue to follow project updates with enthusiasm.
