The function calling of the qwen model has issues.

What happened?

I added Qwen's official model to LibreChat, and it worked fine for normal conversations, but when I tried to include it in agents, an error occurred.
Officially supports function calling.

Unfortunately, it's a provider issue since they are not conforming to OpenAI spec:

All OpenAI tool calls must have an "id" field.

I will try to see if there's a quick hack for this.

After a certain update, the issue disappeared and Qwen could be used normally. However, when I used it today, I found that the problem reappeared. What could be the reason for this?
