OpenAI assistants now work with reasoning models o3, o1 etc for file search. LibreChat should be able to update for that:

There are two types of logs that can help diagnose the issue:

• debug logs (debug-YYYY-MM-DD.log)
• error logs (error-YYYY-MM-DD.log)
