Why LibreChat does not load without internet connection

Whenever internet is disconnected, the page is shown as blank white page. No errors in the console or the backend shown. Is that intended or a bug?
The primary reason to use LibreChat is to create an air gapped system except for the case when I want to use remote LLM APIs. I have configured Ollama (as well as remote LLM services) successfully already.

There's an issue with the service worker for PWA support when offline, it will be investigated soon
