[Enhancement]: Add a switch on the front end to manually select whether to enable stream output.

I would like to have this switch. E.g. in Amazon Bedrock the LLama models do not support integration with tools in the streaming mode. Hence, it would be nice to be able to have a swtich per agent, if it uses model in the streaming mode or not. |
