[Enhancement]: Stop elastic scrolling on mobile PWA

What features would you like to see added?

Currently when scrolling (swipe up / down) on anywhere in the app it will scroll to into the overflow and then snap back, this is annoying as it is quite easy to accidentally scroll on mobile

I have tested this on iOS 16.1 on an iPhone 13.

Various places suggest consuming the "touchmove" event like so:

document.body.addEventListener('touchmove', e => e.preventDefault(), { passive: false });
