Get an Error when upload avatar for agents

What happened?

I run a production LibreChat instance (currently v0.7.7) use docker image.

I are experiencing upload file error when I try upload avatar for my agents.

Version Information

ghcr.io/danny-avila/librechat-dev-api:dc8d5dee6ac4bb12feebe7d4ff34b9e04c823298

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to create new Agent
2. Config parameters
3. Upload any image (jpeg, png) for avatar
4. Getting error

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Thanks, re-opened the issue here: #6234

This was introduced after the v0.7.7 release in the #6210 PR

It can't be reproduced when using an image with v0.7.7 tag or git checkout v0.7.7
