DeepSeek-R1 on Bedrock thinking rendering

What happened?

Amazon added support for DeepSeek-R1 via Amazon Bedrock, the model is available in us-east-2 via inference profile (i.e. us.deepseek.r1-v1:0).

I tested the model with LibreChat and it generally works, however the rendering of the response might be broken.

Specifically, the entire response is interpreted as a "Thoughts" block and the final answer is never shown to the user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add us.deepseek.r1-v1:0 to the model list
2. Start a chat
3. Observe response
