LibreChat user ID is not included in the body parameters when using agents [requires update]

What happened?

The LibreChat user ID should be sent as the default user parameter. However, when using an agent, this parameter is not sent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure any endpoint, such as Azure OpenAI.
   2.Create a custom agent in Agent Builder with any tools.
2. Set a breakpoint at https://github.com/danny-avila/LibreChat/blob/main/api/server/controllers/agents/run.js#L47
3. Using the newly created agent, send a test message and inspect the llmConfig object in the debugger.
4. You should observe that the llmConfig object does not contain the user attribute.

Could you please point me to the commit that fixes this issue? I am really curious to know what the issue was, but I can't find it.
