404 Error When Attaching a File for the First Time in Chat

What happened?

I'm not sure if this is a problem, but it seems to occur only when attaching a file for the first time in a particular chat, resulting in a 404 error. However, the file's content can be extracted and analyzed normally, and attaching the file a second time when making a request doesn't cause any issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the chat interface.
2. Attach a file for the first time in the chat.
3. Observe that a 404 error occurs.
4. Verify that the file’s content can still be extracted and analyzed.
5. Attach the same file again in a new request.
6. Observe that no issue occurs on the second attempt.
