Are logs automatically deleted.

I had assumed that the logs are saved to the log folder and they just remain there, but when I checked it today I saw that it only has log files from the past few days. Are logs automatically deleted? And if so, how can I stop that from happening?

I’m not sure, but if you want to rotate logs / keep them there are programs in Linux that do this. You could even make a cronjob.

I do want to keep the logs, I was hoping there was a way to just stop librechat from deleting them automatically.

I'm a bit confused because on the librechat docs it says

Note: Logs are rotated on a 14-day basis, so you will generate one error log file, one debug log file, and one meiliSync log file per 14 days. Errors will also be present in debug log files as well, but provide stack traces and more detail in the error log files.

Which made me think that the logs were just compressed after 14 days, but now it seems like they are removed altogether. I'm also unable to find a way to configure this so its not 14 days.

Any insight you have would be very helpful.
