Documentations for configuring MCP server is missing !

Hi Team,

From the consumer stand, I can configure the MCP server configuration using the following doc,
MCP server configuration, but we don't have essential documentation to configure the MCP server as tools in Agent.

I can contribute to that. Let me know whether we can work on that.
