How configure an agent to use YouTube Tool

I am newbie for creating an agent, I am interested to add YouTube tool as it's shown on #5582

So far I use Claude 3.5 sonnet model and I added YouTube Tool, not sure if also it needs to provide instructions. I will appreciate any guidance.
