[Enhancement]: New Compatilibility to DeepL

I hope this message finds you well!

I wanted to reach out to share a feature request that I believe would greatly enhance the experience for many of our users. It appears that many of them prefer using DeepL for translating and refining their text.

While I understand that the MCP service in LibreChat already provides some extension capabilities, I would like to kindly suggest the possibility of integrating a DeepL endpoint or a direct calling function within the Plugins and Tools section. I believe this addition would be incredibly beneficial for users who rely on DeepL for their translation needs.

Endpoint/tool something for accessing DeepL. Would be very valuable for us too, right now it is not supported as we tried..

DeepL would be great especially if there would be compatability for document translation as well
