Enhancement: Switch right-side panel to menu

Switching the right-side panel to a menu would feel more natural and user-friendly.

I've been using libreChat for a few months now, and the right-side panel has consistently bothered me. All the UIs I use, such as VS-Code, ChatGPT, and Notion, don't have panels on both the left and right sides. Although the right-side panel can be hidden, I have to unhide it and click it open when I need to attach a file.

Why is it designed as a side panel? In my opinion, a menu would be a better design. What are the reasons for choosing a side panel instead of a menu?

Moreover, the current design where hiding the right panel also hides artifacts would be resolved by using a menu instead.
