[Enhancement]: maintenance method - Chat deletion methods

What features would you like to see added?

Once a user is deleted, their chats stay in the Database.
While this is very fine for many purposes, there should be an easy way how to delete all traces of chats (and their uploaded data) if nessecary.
Such config scripts would easy GDPR compliance which require Data to be deleted if not required anymore.

Therefore it would be very logical to attach deletion of all data once a user is deleted as an option.

Regardless, this will be possible in the admin panel, which is already being worked on

Should we include cleanupUser in delete-user.js or expose cleanupUser.ts as a npm script in addition to admin panel?

Also what about uploaded data? I know that only the embeddings have been kept for a long time, but I mentioned the existance of a new /uploads directory:

Ah and also: what about deleteUserController in user.js or UserController.js?
I understand that cleanupUser is meant primarily for e2e testing?
