Pinecone Assistant API as an endpoint

First time commenting so wanna say that Librechat has revolutionized our business and massive appreciation, kudos and gratitude for the incredible work!

To our question: seeing that the Assistants API is being deprecated, we are keen to migrate to using Pinecone Assistant to power our internal knowledge agent. Are there any plans to support or integrate this API as an "official" endpoint within Librechat?

Quick edit to add... if not in the roadmap, an update to the Custom Endpoint instructions in docs for Pinecone Assistant would also be super helpful!
