[Enhancement]: additional descriptions for model selection

What features would you like to see added?

Beginner Users often struggle with the selection of models. They just want to get started. My approach is to do a lot of education anyways so that User understand the differences.
But still it would be nice to being able to provide additional informations for models. Chat GPT does it like provided below.
That way you can cover that there are differences in models without training or external training ressources all within LC.

Such information could be provided on hover of a specific model.
Alternatively the click box for a specific model could be larger to provide room for a short description.

I know, the usage description is lossy and reduces understanding to very low standards.

For us this will be great too. We tried to do it with model specs but it breaks the interface.

model specs are the way to do this, and you can still enable other interface elements

Amazing how UI ideas often converge into concepts which have been established long ago. Thanks!
I'd just have one remark, that this method takes a lot of space. It would be cool If grouping of modelspecs would be possible.
In the yaml it could be nesting the lists which are already present.
In the UI it could then look just like the modelselection via endpoint.
