What happened?

A long interface:customWelcome message obscures initial prompt entry box in Temporary Chat for some window dimensions. Screenshot example from a user:

Yes, our customWelcome message is a bit ridiculously long, but it would be nice for this problem not to happen just the same. :)

We're presently running 7ff4370d1508d754ac4411970b3fd3f48d886cfe, from a couple of days ago.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a long interface:customWelcome message in librechat.yaml
2. Begin a new chat and select Temporary Chat
3. Resize window; intermediate window sizes will cause customWelcome to obscure the user's prompt entry box

Note: This is only an issue with Temporary Chat selected, and only for the initial prompt entry box of a new conversation.
