Looking for updated instructions to enable dall-e on Azure OpenAI

I've successfully configured gpt-4o as a model without issue but I have not been able to configure dall-e-3 to function successfully. Are there any clear instructions beyond those listing to update the .env file?

Currently using LibreChat .77 deployed via docker compose.
