[Bug]: librechat podman on devuan daedalus fails to start

What happened?

I followed the guide here: https://www.librechat.ai/blog/2023-08-18_podman

Ran into issues at "Starting LibreChat"

$ podman run \
  --name="librechat" \
  --network=librechat \
  --env-file="./.env" \
  -p 3080:3080 \
  --detach \
  librechat:local;
Error: short-name "librechat:local" did not resolve to an alias and no unqualified-search registries are defined in "/etc/containers/registries.conf"
$

So I used the image ID hash without error, but status shows exited:
