Agent Builder Option Disappeared in Kubernetes Deployment

Issue Description

I have LibreChat deployed in Kubernetes using Helm. Previously, the Agent Builder option was available and functioning correctly for me and other users. However, this option has disappeared recently without any obvious cause.

Context

• I recently integrated an MCP server into the system via librechat.yaml
• Initially after the integration, I could still edit agents
• At some point after this change, the Agent Builder option disappeared completely

Environment

• Deployment: Kubernetes with Helm
• Configuration Management: Using a script that deletes and replaces ConfigMaps and Secrets with updated .env and .yml files

What I've Tried

• The agents option in my endpoints configuration has always been commented out in the interface section

Questions

1. What could cause the Agent Builder option to disappear?
2. Where should I look in the configuration to restore this functionality?
3. Are there specific logs or configuration parameters I should check?
