MCP documentation should be more clear that host.docker.internal may need to be used

What happened?

The current sample config looks like this:

#   everything:
#     # type: sse # type can optionally be omitted
#     url: http://localhost:3001/sse
#     timeout: 60000  # 1 minute timeout for this server, this is the default timeout for MCP servers.
#   puppeteer:
#     type: stdio
#     command: npx
#     args:
#       - -y
#       - "@modelcontextprotocol/server-puppeteer"
#     timeout: 300000  # 5 minutes timeout for this server

which implies localhost should work out of the box. But if you're using the recommended Docker compose install method, you actually need host.docker.internal. As someone who wasn't familiar with how Docker works, it would have been supremely helpful if this had been mentioned anywhere in the example config, or even in the actual docs for MCP on LibreChat. Thanks!
