When using Perplexity as the selected model in LibreChat, enhance the display of its responses by including:

1. Inline citation tooltips for reference markers (e.g., [1], [3])
2. A two-tab source menu at the top of the chat answer for quick source navigation

🔍 Feature Elements

✅ Citation Tooltips

• Hovering over [1], [3], etc. shows a tooltip with:
  • Source link (clickable)
  • Optional preview (title/domain)
  • Opens the source in a new tab

✅ Source Menu (Above Chat Response)

A collapsible or fixed section with two tabs:

• Tab 1: Search — All sources returned by Perplexity's internal search
• Tab 2: Sources — Only the sources cited in the actual response

Each source entry includes:

• Link to the source
• Optional: favicon/domain, title, or short excerpt

✅ Why This Feature?

• Increases trust and transparency in AI-generated responses
• Mimics Perplexity’s native UX for better familiarity
• Helps users verify and explore information more easily

We will be adding some search-specific features soon.

We will not be adding anything specific to perplexity API, though.
