Agent Builder Advanced Setting Inconsistency

What happened?

Agent Builder Advanced Setting Button appears when I run LC v 0.7.7. under Docker on a Linux machine.
But Agent Builder Advanced Setting Button is missing when I run the very same configuration (docker-compose.yaml, librechat.yaml, .env etc all identical) under Docker on a Mac.

This is not a Browser Issue since all instances are accessed from the same browser, and neither clearing browser cache nor change of browsers helps. Only difference is URL of GUI, see below in steps

I have a hard time to figure out how to make those advances settings button appear on the Mac.
Please help.

1. Start LC / Docker on Linux
2. Open GUI https://ho2fzucasddutrlp.myfritz.net:53080/c/new
3. Open Agents / Agent Bulider in GUI
4. See Advanced Setting Button
5. Start LC / Docker on Mac
6. Open GUI: http://localhost:3080/c/new
7. Open Agents / Agent Bulider in GUI
8. See no Advanced Settings Button
