Artifacts fail to render when using chatgpt-4o-latest model

What happened?

When the chatgpt-4o-latest model is selected in LibreChat, artifacts (e.g., for HTML, React, Mermaid diagrams) are not being rendered in the user interface. The model might imply or state it's creating an artifact in its response, but the visual artifact block itself does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch LibreChat.
2. Select chatgpt-4o-latest as the active model.
3. Send a prompt that typically results in an artifact being generated, for example:
   "Write an HTML worm game"
   "Create a simple React counter component"
   "Make a Mermaid diagram for a tea-making process"
4. Observe the model's response. Notice that the textual part of the response might be present, but the visual/interactive artifact block is missing.

It's an issue with the LLM, chatgpt-4o is really no good here. For me, it stops generation as soon as it's going to start.
