Hard Reload causes chosen preset to reset to default

What happened?

I noticed today that if I continue conversation from a week ago on a topic, the agent defaults to Claude instead of the chosen preset. Upon investigating further, it seems like it does it every time the browser hard reloads.

Version Information

Running the latest librechat-dev // cec7171eaf00

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose a preset
2. Hard reload the browser
3. Note that at the bottom next message it'll send would be to whatever the default preset you have chosen instead of the one you were having a conversation with

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Safari.

Presets are one-time "patches" to the current conversation, but the parameters they apply should persist across reloads.

The parameters are persisting for me on reloads, but not on navigation to the conversation, and I will look into that:
