In order for a USER to be able to use an MCP, is there some special setting we need to set in the yaml? it seems like if you are not a ADMIN then you cannot see the mcp servers.

Also, is there a place where we can say, per mcp, what user group is allowed to use it?

However, this is not true as I'm not observing this:

Need more details on what you are seeing vs. what your users aren't seeing. If you are making the distinction of roles, which are little used at the moment, you need to confirm you visibly perceive these distinctions between users of different roles.
