Side By Side UI Flow Improvements

The current concurrent model UI is confusing and limited to just two models.
I found this very limiting when I was wanting to see multiple models side by side.

In the approach from openweb-ui I've found this to work well.

I had to try many times to get the side by side to work the way I wanted as I was confused for a while that I had pick the model, select +, then flip back to the top selection to pick the next model. It sorta feels like I tried to "lock" prior model in the side by side view, instead of intuitively select new model to run side by side.

This is just some feedback as someone who has been exploring LibreChat and enjoying the experience overall.

Yes many improvements are needed here still but it's little used so it hasn't been a priority. Thanks for the feedback.
