[Enhancement]: provide a bundled oci image

What features would you like to see added?

a single oci image for librechat and all the dependencies in one image

having a single image for librechat, mongodb, meilisearch, vectordb and rag would make the whole installation much easier for both docker and even more for podman users, as podman compose is a buggy mess in my experience. it would take up much less disk space and ensure that the dependencies are the right version and if a new version has a bug you can "roll it back" for all users. adding new dependencies in future librechat releases would not require manual user interaction as they have a single image.

All these benefits would result in a seamless, easier and more stable experience.
