[Enhancement]: o3 needs verification - should be announced

What happened?

I added o3 to the list of models, but was not aware that I need to be verified. Only once I looked at the logs did I see:

LibreChat         | 2025-05-12 06:33:23 error: [AskController] Error handling request 404 Your organization must be verified to use the model `o3`. Please go to: https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/general and click on Verify Organization. If you just verified, it can take up to 15 minutes for access to propagate.

This error should be passed to the frontend, so that a user directly sees what's going on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add 'o3' to the list of models
2. choose 'o3' and ask a question
3. receive com_error_invalid_request_error

This is not a bug since announcing this specific error would need to be implemented. The error is coming from the provider, and it's standard to check logs for such issues.

Would it fit an 'enhancement', giving the full error message to the user?

But I'm not sure if this wouldn't be confusing...
