Assistance needed on RAG. Help needed

Please, I’ve tried every possible ways to make the RAG work but no solution still. I’ve used the standalone version, it’s connecting but still whenever I attach a file (that is not an image) it breaks with internal server error.

Please , is there a place in the codebase where when a file is attached I can exempt handling and handle it by my own logic. Just show me the particular file please. I’ve done everything possible to trace it but can’t see it.
